All of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you. This can be via email, over the phone or face to face in our shop.

  • To enable us to respond to your enquiry, supply quotations etc.
  • To enable us to carry out works at your property

  • When ordering restricted keys, our supplier requires confirmation of the registered owner.
  • When ordering a safe that needs to come direct to your property from our supplier
  • When ordering a product that is sent direct to site from our supplier

Your information is not automatically stored from an email enquiry.

If the enquiry progresses to a physical appointment we keep your name, address and contact number and details of the works carried out (basically a copy of your receipt) for 7 years as required by HMRC for a Limited company.

We will then dispose your information by use of a professional shredding company.
